"Ill only give it 2 stars because the lady that helped me out was very nice, very professional but if you plan on financing your jewelry be careful because if you pay $500 first month and think ” oh ill be alright not to pay next month since my minimum is $35 and i already paid $500” Your wrong , their bank will charge you a $37 late fee(that was what i was charged) if you do not pay the minimum, which is crazy and I’ve never experienced that before. But thats i guess thats how they stay rich. So be careful y’all. And it doesn’t matter how much you want to pay each month as long as its more than the minimum ,you have to pay it each month to avoid late fees."

"On Monday 8/28/2023, I visited this location and the associates were the best! They greeted me and provided me with the best service ever in less than 15 minutes. The associate who helped me cleaned my ring, placed my order, and finished the purchase in less than 15 minutes. I am very satisfied with their service and I can't appreciate them enough! Thank you! This branch is certainly much better than Lynwood. The Southcenter branch is certainly a role model for the Lynwood branch."
