"I purchased a pearl necklace for my wife for Christmas. When it was opened, my wife noticed the clasp was broken. We went to the store (within 30 days with receipt) and were told they would charge us to fix something they sold to me broken. The lady was abrupt and unhelpful. She seemed uninterested in helping us fix the Christmas present. Item was returned and you have lost my business. UPDATE: A month later, I have been contacted by the store manager to make things right. I declined because we won't shop here anymore, BUT they did contact me with a gift card offer."

The staff's unwarranted judgment, scrutinizing looks, and a general sense of not belonging made the visit uncomfortable for me and others. Getting a ring sized should not be such a terrible experience. The overall uptight demeanor and lack of professionalism left much to be desired. It's disheartening when a place meant for celebrating special moments treats customers with skepticism and disdain. I wholeheartedly recommend exploring alternative stores for a more positive and welcoming shopping experience. In simpler terms – steer clear, and do not shop here!"

"ROBIN Parker At Zales was very un helpful . Went in for my 6 month check on my ring that I do regularly. Woman was degrading unhelpful tried to send me out the door with the wrong paper work not being attached to the right jewelry. Gave no attention to help no option to ask for someone else to help . Told me because I questioned her I need to go to the alderwood store with my poor attitude . She is rude ruthless and a horrible representation of your company ! Libbey on the other hand spent tons of time working on finding paper work listening and digging to get the right stuff attached . 1000 percent went above and beyond and made sure all the paper work was right . She in no way needed to apologize for her counter parts actions but atleast was an amazing worker and because of her I will be back . Thank you Libbey"
