"I've been banking with Wells Fargo for many years. I came into this branch with an issue related to a deposit error, and the manager couldn't even be bothered to leave the back room to talk with me. The bank was not particularly busy. Eventually, a teller came out with a sticky note with the general customer service phone number written on it and handed it to me. The number wasn't even the correct number for their claims department (I had to get it through the general phone line). Awful service and poor customer engagement."

"Oh goodness I see why they have 2.9 stars. I like wells Fargo as a bank but don’t go to this location. Went in, Alexander “helped” me. Didn’t ask for my ID to cash a check. I could have been anyone, that’s super unsafe. I even offered it. Gave me some snarky comment when I said I wanted to cash my check and then deposit it. It was something like “ you really can’t wait a whole day to let the check clear can uou” Geezzz maybe I needed to pay a bill my dude. How is that any of your business."
"Fail for the day. Long time account holder here. A scheduled appointment was made with the Notary. When the appointment was arranged the service being requested was described by me, and the Customer Service Rep said it would be no problem. I had the exact same Notary service performed at the Wells Fargo close to my home. That Wells Fargo was gracious and accommodating, and even provided the forms I needed and made extra copies for me. This Wells Fargo looked at me like I was asking them for a kidney; never asked about my customer history with WF, and provided no alternative, cooperation or innovative thought. I took off work a couple hours for this Notary appointment and fetched an 87 year old family member specifically to attend the Notary appointment. All they seem to know is, "No.""
"Came in on a Saturday to withdrawal money from my account. They claimed my ID wasnt in the account information (whatever this means, no one bothered to explain) and started asking me multiple security questions. I've banked with Wells Fargo for close to ten years and have never had to do this. Yes I had my ID and my bank card. When the person I was with suggested I switch banks because of this, the staff members responded rudely with "well that comment was rude and if you don't like us protecting your money then you should". I won't be going back to this location. The staff members (all female) seemed overly combative and catty."
