"Store was clean but very small. The size isn't the issue but with a store as small as they are a greeting to potential customers that walk in is nnormal. That paired with the way they talk behind the counter about the item and the customers just mixed to make an all around bad experience. By far the worst experience I've had in a pawn shop."

"I was looking for something very particular and i called them and presented my request to a lady iver the phone she went and checked and found what i was looking for and gave me all the specs over the phone and when i went in to look in person at the item, an older gentleman helped me out and was very helpful and amazing customer service!!! I will definitely go back here if i ever need something!!! Thank you again for all your help!!!!!!!"

I now won’t do buisness with you because you just chewed out a customer! You don’t respond with several paragraphs. You simply say I’m sorry for your experience. Is there anything I can do to make your experience better next time? You bashed her on google reviews and now you’ve lost a customer, me. You don’t belong in retail sir."

"Had a seamless experience when I came in. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, and explained their policies and procedures clearly and concisely. The woman I worked with was incredibly pleasant. They even let me borrow a charger so that I could send a critical email. I'd recommend them."
