"My husband bought all of my jewelry from Fred Meyer jewlers the last 30+ years. The first thing that happened with this store is the last payment my husband made on some jewelry at the store, somehow got "lost". Fred Meyer Jewelry blamed their credit card company,, which they still use, and the credit card company blamed Fred Meyer Jewelry. It took months and a letter from an attorney to get it sorted out. Now I find out they no long honor the life warranties the sold at an additional expenses. The last straw was taking a ring in to have some work done and the original price was $214 they call 2 days later and say it'll be an additional 250 and if I dont want to pay for it the work won't be guaranteed. I declined and when I went to pick up my ring they had marked it all up with a sharpee and didn't bother to wipe it off. I recommend going to a real jewelry store. The service is terrible and the problems they cause are even worse."

"I went in to purchase a gift for my niece for her birthday and the young man that helped me was wonderful, he was very helpful and polite and also went over everything with me in regards to insurance for the piece I purchased, he also went above and beyond to get me the best price possible as they did have multiple promotions going on. This wasn't the first time I've dealt with Fred Meyer Jewelers, I have been in quite a few times and every time my experience has been wonderful. The sales people are extremely helpful and don't make you feel pressured like some other jewelery stores where you feel almost like you're at a used car lot or something. Nice and laid back yet still very professional."
