"15 days ago we deposited a cashiers check at River View Bank branch on Mill Plain (12019-A SE Mill Plain Blvd). Agreement was for all funds to be available on the 7th business day. Awfully a very long time for a cashiers check for a 15 year old joint RiverView account. We went to the bank to withdraw some funds on the 7th business day, unfortunately we were told funds are not available and would be available sometimes throughout the day. 12 midnight arrived on 7th business day, available balance is still the same. We were not able to withdraw a dime out of the ATM even by midnight on 7th business day."
