"I love their prices, specials, and selections. I tried their curbside pickup service and after 15 minutes, nobody brought my order out. I then went inside and at first couldn't find anyone to assist me. Would be great to see someone up front when you enter the store."

"It is such a nice place with friendly and helpful staff. It's also a very affordable option for anyone with a large dog. The closest place near me wants $25/hr, which would have cost $100 since my girl is big and has a double coat. At Wag n' Wash, we had a whole hour for $25 to do everything, plus get her completely dry. There are plenty of towls as well. The compliments my girl has gotten on her cleanliness, fluffines, and soft coat have been fantastic! We will absolutely be back!"

"Love this place! We just went for our first time. Staff were friendly and helpful in acquainting us with the wash and dry process. We have a large, hairy dog and they were accommodating with extra towels and all the hair all over. We did take about 1.5 hours total to wash, dry and groom our dog and the they were so kind about everything. Facilities were clean, even with how much dog was flying around. They did a good job in cleaning after each station was used. Would definitely recommend! We will come back- :) only suggestion would be to have slightly longer leashes or moveable leashes (like in the wash area) for the drying area."
