"I went into the store to return some bracelets that I purchased online. They were too small. Evidently recently updated to a new computer system. I waited and waited while every single employee struggled to help other customers as they could not figure out the system. Eventually they got to me and my return took over 30 minutes. They were calling to do an adjustment on the sales tax. they found out that that is not an option anymore to adjust sales tax. So they adjusted the price to a price that I didn’t pay so that I would not receive a few extra pennies. I offered multiple times to just pay them the pennies, but they said that would not work. That night I got a phone call from Benbridge saying that instead of providing me the refund, they charged me for the items again. I have to return to the store in order to correct the air because they cannot do it over the phone with my card. All around it was not a good experience."
