"Highly recommend this local jeweler! I brought in some old outdated jewelry hoping to repurpose them into something wearable. They purchased the gold and removed all the gemstones. I was able to use the sale of my gold as a credit against cost of making a new ring. With Drew’s help we designed a custom ring reusing my old diamonds. The ring turned out better than I ever imagined and transformed it into an heirloom piece - A diamond solitaire in a cushion setting surrounded by a halo of smaller diamonds and diamonds along the band. This was my first time ever selling gold and getting custom work done. The entire process was very professional and transparent so I felt I could trust them with my diamonds. "My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Ken Walker. While they are beautiful pieces, unfortunately my wedding band is only 4 months old and already has loose diamonds. Ken Walker charges for every little repair and does not offer a care plan for existing customers. Allegedly, they offer one for newly purchased pieces as of now. Very disappointed in the lack of loyalty to existing customers, from a small business. Had we known this, we would have purchased elsewhere. Seems as though most other fine jewelry establishments take care of their existing customers, and can guarantee their jewelry."
