"If I could give them a -10, I would! My labradoodle had gone there about 1 1/2 yrs when they decided to raise the price. The "raise" was 100%!!! This is ridiculous and I told them this! My guy is a very easy keeper, compliant with whatever is asked of him. And he doesnt create any problems. Basically they had become extremely greedy! Too, all of a sudden Ruger became very hand shy after his last grooming appt there! when held close to his head! He hadnt been exposed to anything else that would cause this. And I believe he was hit in the head, or face by someone at this torture chamber!!"

"We don't have a tub or large sink so over the years our girls have always gone to the pupper beauty parlor for their bathes and they love it. The nails are very thick on this breed so they each have monthly pedicures with no problems. The staff is very caring and have a deep connection to their pupper clients."
