"Drinking cups not wrapped in plastic. To be honest they looked used. Housekeeper entered room first day but did absolutely nothing. Unsure as to why they even entered? It's a basic motel, no frills!"

"I am giving OYO one star and I would give less if I could. I booked a room for 4 days here. I was charged 3 times for the room, after seeing that I decided to call customer support which were no use of all and keep stating the policy says no refunds. I understand cancelling it will take my original charge but for them to state they cannot refund me the other two payments is absurd. I am currently out 1000 dollars for a room I was suppose to pay 324. My bank is currently disputing the charges, this has been such a headache for me. If you are reading this please stay away from here and stay at the best western literally right next door!"

"While I understand why there isn't any carpeting in the rooms (which is smart), it makes it very cold and slightly echos. The beds are really super hard and uncomfortable, the layout of the room was a bit awkward and the highway noise was irritating. But the room was clean, the linens smelled amazingly clean."

"Dirty feeling. No bugs (thank God). Felt low rent. But I paid 45 a night maybe that's why. Stayed five nights. Staff were nice and helpful. I was checked in to a unfinished room (think under construction; drywall dust, unfinished paint, no tv, no ac/heater, no smoke alarm, no CO2 detector). Also, they will not stop calling you after you check out to ask for a review. They have called me several times. They will hound you for a good review (think five stars) and then proceed to offer you some coupon for another stay. Oh, and BTW, they want to be on the phone WHILE YOU ARE WRITING THEIR REVIEW. Like for real as I am typing this review (Feb 5, 2024 @ 4pm PST) OYO Rep is literally in the background checking in with me every now and then to see if I need help with anything or if i am done. They have been on the phone for 39 minutes. 39 MINUTES! (For a five day stay in JANUARY, and it was only 39 minutes because I was unable to use my speech to text the app. With the OYO Rep on the phone so they had to sit through 39 minutes of me texting with two fingers. Oh BTW I didn't get an OYO coupon. Message to Corporate: First of all, you deserve this review as I stated; I don't like to leave bad reviews, but you demanded it, and you got it. It should be noted that when OYO called me several times before. I originally stated that it was a great stay because I wanted the rep to get off the phone. Don't call people and hound them for reviews and then sit on the phone with them. You're holding them hostage with a ransom of a good review. it's NOT okay. People will leave reviews, or they won't. Let it come naturally. You'll get your reviews. Just chill out."

"I want to start by saying the front desk agent was absolutely lovely. This review has nothing to do with her, but this motel should be condemned. The entire first floor is rented out to people of the community apparently. People were smoking wherever they wanted. The people in the room next to us had their dog tied up to the outside balcony walkway. The headboard was not attached to the wall. The towel holder was broken and there was particleboard covering all of our towels. The transition from the hardwood floor to the tile was literally masking tape. The tub was filthy and had something dried to the side of it. The shower head was broken. The bed was the most uncomfortable and unclean thing I have ever slept on. We couldn’t shower, we couldn’t sleep, everything smelled like smoke. This is a horribly run apartment complex, not a motel. It was horrible. You can tell by the responses to other one star reviews that the company doesn’t care or they’d have someone out here fixing it. Don’t tell me you care, give me a refund."
