After getting someone to unlock the door to get the nails he asked if I needed anything else, so I said yes. he said he will have to leave the nails at the counter, and that he can't let me shop with the nails. Ended up walking out of the store. I'll order what I need from Amazon. at least they treat their customers better."

"Used to be better but everything is locked up now. If you want a circular saw blade a Sawzall blade a drill bit Allen wrenches box end wrenches drill adapters for sockets anything like that and it's locked up. You can never find anyone to unlock the cases for you and half the store is in the locked case shopping online from now on"

"Hey warning to anyone wanting to wear a backpack apparently it’s not allowed? I got stopped by one of the employees saying I can’t wear backpacks and I have to put it up front. I didn’t see any signs saying that?. All my important stuff is in my bag so I’m not doing that because I don’t want it stolen. since I was only there for the bathroom I left and went to Walgreens (Walgreens didn’t have a issue)"

"Everyone is so nice, the customer service is above and beyond. Multiple employees came running when the line got too long, and an employee assisted me outside, COMPLETELY unsolicited, like it was simply expected (or perhaps because I clearly seemed to be struggling with my overly tired 1 year old, but it was still so appreciated). They also have the cutest Carhartt selection, often on sale; I was able to get a Carhartt onesie for only $6.99. Generally, I always leave Ace as a very happy customer."
