"I brought my dog in this morning to be groomed and out of the gate they made it very difficult because he had a few mats and groomers these days aren't trying to do any extra work so when I said I wanted the mats brushed out and not cut out it automatically became an additional $50 for my service! Then they wanted me to sign a waiver releasing them from any responsibility if they injured my dog. The actual form wanted me to agree to terms above. After asking the groomer what the terms were and she couldn't tell me. I asked to speak to a manager. Neither manager could tell me what the terms were so I said I was going to cross that part out and they refused to serve my dog. I wonder how many people blindly sign this form without even reading it and have no idea what rights they are. Relinquishing."
