"Called twice due to plumbing emergencies, the first time after calling more than 5x before someone actually answered, (during bussiness hours) the woman who answered was rude. Tried again today due to being the ONLY place near me who lists emergency services and again no answer and no call back. If you don't offer emergency services then don't lie on Google."

"I Attempted to contact this business to have a Hopwater heater replaced in my home. Their Voice Mail Box is Full. Because they can not be bothered enough to answer the phone, or check their voice mails often enough to be able to record a message, I am not comfortable even considering ordering work from them on my home."

"I had a leaky bathroom faucet. I took the faucet apart to see what kind of washer I needed. One person showed up, told me they did not have the part for my faucet and I should look online to see if I could order it. For this they charged me 92.32 for a service call. The person that came here did nothing but look at the parts I had sitting on the bathroom counter."

Their Monday morning appointment took much longer than expected and they didn't arrive until after 5:30pm and they stayed and dug up our water line until they found the leak and repaired it late into the night. Very grateful for their service and the guys they sent were really nice."
