"Very nice to my daughter today. She's pleased with the honesty of the repair dept ."
"I’d give -5 stars if I could! What a scam this place is. Cost me $200 to get diagnosed only to get a 3900.00 quote to fix my kids car which I had fixed at Danny’s Automotive in Montesano for 800.00!! 5 Star is a scam!!"
"The short story: terrible customer service and questionable competence. Should rename themselves to "One Star Motors". Had a problem with our vehicle and was advised that the steering gear assembly needed to be replaced. The service department was unable to obtain the part, so they gave me the part number so I could search for it myself. In my search I found the part in less than 15 minutes, but noticed there was also a "power steering assist motor" listed so I contacted the service department to ask if I needed that part as well. The service manager, Victor, told me yes, I should go ahead and buy it. So we take our vehicle in for service and give them both the parts, but the motor doesn't get used because there was ALREADY a motor included as part of the steering gear assembly. I'm not a mechanic. There's no reason I should have known that. But that's something the service manager should have known before recommending I buy the part. Now I have a $500 part I can't return because that retailer won't allow returns of electronic components, even unused. Given that I was told YES, buy this part, and then it was not needed, the right thing to do would be for the service manager to take responsibility for erroneously making that recommendation and buy the part from me. Instead, he blame shifts and tells me I should have known the steering gear assembly already had the motor on it, and refuses any sort of accountability. Additionally, every time we have work done there, there's something new wrong with the vehicle when we get it back. This time, there's a "power assist reduced drive with care" message that comes up every time the vehicle is started, as well as some electrical malfunctions that were not occurring prior to the repair of the steering assembly. Last time, they messed up the TPMS system, which luckily discount tire was able to fix without issue. And good luck getting them to fix anything they messed up, because they won't take accountability for that either, it's always just a coincidence. Take your money literally anywhere else, this place is awful."
"We purchased a great vehicle from this dealership and were so pleased withnall of the departments it is now our repair service shop for our older Ford truck as well. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s for 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Motors of Aberdeen!"
"Three weeks of waiting for a phone call to replace header bolts is ridiculous. when I called to talk to the mechanic I got "disconnected" after someone mistakenly picked up my line and casually said "hey" and that was all. I had to say wrong person and the mechanic I was waiting for's name, then got disconnected. A week later still no call or anything. Save your money, go somewhere else."
