"Coach Abel is one of the best coaches you could ask for. He has genuine interest in all of his athletes on and off the mat. I have known him over half my life and believe I am who I am today because of his coaching when I was a young adult. Even though I live far away I still try to get back to his gym whenever I get the chance! Working out with Team Blackout will not only get you in great shape, it will bring you a family you never knew you needed. "Abel has been working with my grandson who plays rugby, for a few years now. At a game I mentioned to him that I would like to get in better shape but at 72 I didn't think I could work out at Blackout. He assured me that I could do it and he would customize a workout program for me. After back surgery a few years ago, I wanted to work on strength and balance. The workouts are great and change all the time to keep it interesting. I go in the morning when it is a little quieter and a smaller group. "Awesome place. Coach Abel is the best coach ever, he truly cares about his students and wants to help everyone reach their goals. I worked out there every day for about 6 months before having to move for school and I was easily in the best shape of my life. His methods are creative and fun. Everyday is a new workout.
