"Love this place, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Started out during the summer but we loved it so much we decided to stay. Kickboxing classes are amazing, I have learned that I can do a lot more than I expected. I have gained a lot of strength and mobility, my children love learning martial arts and are excited to come everything they can. I would like to eventually do more of the classes as well, so that my family and I could do martial arts together as our family activity. The best part about all of this, tgere is no judgement, everyone is so supportive of eachother. I would recommend to anyone who wants to join!!!"

They are accommodating and understanding (never make you feel guilty for missing a class). There are also all kinds of events they hold, from movie nights/ parents nights out for kids, Spar Wars, Little Dragon Olympics. We even had our daughter B-Day party here. All in all its great environment for families and kids."
