"You can’t tell where the entrance to the place is. The customer entrance sign says “Construction entrance”. Once you do figure out that it’s the actual customer entrance, you’re greeted by a manager of the store who needs some lessons in customer service. She has some serious God complex issues, Not friendly (or even courteous) with a very “take it or leave it” attitude. The prices posted on the outside of the vehicles are super misleading to get you in the place. Then they hit you with the ASTRONOMICAL per mile fee. Go to enterprise and get a better vehicle with lower prices and be assisted by friendly, accommodating and super helpful staff. Enterprise tried to warn me about this place. I didn’t listen because I was lured by the signs listed on the vehicles ($19 - $22 per day). But I quickly learned the hard way. The place is clean, new with lots of products services and vehicles. They just don’t know how to advertise or hire people."

"Helpful, get back to you quickly with answers to your questions , and lots of vehicles. Would suggest to call them directly. If you book online, the regional office sometimes calls you and tries to steer you to another dealer. Happy with them both times I used them for a truck."

"Great place! I needed a 6x12 trailer w/ a ramp with no notice. They took care of me quickly & with no hassles. Because of lack of manning on my part, the were able to lend me a hitch & plug when I didn't have one. The people were super friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful, the equipment is as expected & clean, and the process was easy & quick. I highly recommend them if you need hauling equipment."
