"Some female employee who delivers left a medium size to big size package in the bottom steps. I was in the garage and heard the thump of the package. You guys should be gentle and courteous to set it down not chuck. And than atleast put on my porch keeping it on my walk way is very disrespectful."
"FedEx is the worse delivery company out there. They are always late, if your package says you should get it in 2 days well FedEx will deliver it in a week to 2 weeks. Also, they deliver packages to wrong addresses many times. The company should go bankrupt but there are companies out there who keep giving this unreliable no integrity and seriously lack of people skills and don't care about customer satisfaction money. Makes no sense. Their website is absolutely useless and keeps changing. Most delivery systems move forward but FedEx works backwards. I had out for deliver for the whole day and then all of a sudden it goes back to transit and the reason was because of weather. My package is 20 minutes from me and their is no weather. So again another lie. They lie all the time. I am going to avoid ordering from companies that deal with FedEx. They are just not worth the headache to deal with them."
