"Hanging up on a customer who has a legitimate service dog is absolutely the rudest thing that can be done. My friend was stranded in Arlington with a bag of groceries that was ripping, only one arm that functions and just needed a ride home. She called multiple taxi companies, including Eagle Taxi, in which all hung up on her when she explained that she had a service dog. She has official paperwork she carries on her at all times proving her need for a service dog. This dog is well behaved and professionally trained. This kind of customer service is appalling!!! People should know that this company discriminates against disabled and people with special needs. If it's against policy to take service dogs, then at least explain that to your customers instead of rudely hanging up! I'd give the rating a -10 if possible. 1 star actually sounds too good!"

"Worst experience ever. We arrived at 12:30 am in Fairbanks and called them. They told me it would take 5-7min, but I waited for 40 min, called them multiple times, and no response and no explanation. I had to call for a Lyft after 40 min wait. Super bad service. Recommend avoid it if possible."
