"My relationship with Matt started out great. As he has expanded, and as my needs have changed, he seemed more focused on keeping me on a managed services contract than addressing the needs of my business and the projects he committed to undertake. Rather than amicably parting ways, I feel that he took spiteful approach by removing equipment and leaving me in a worse position that where I had started. My initial concern was that I already had a system I could manage on my own and that I did not want to be in a position where I was dependent on and IT person for my business to function. I feel that after he gained my trust, he did exactly what he ensured me he wouldn't do. I changed my email and storage systems so it would be easier for him to manage, and I spent a lot of money on equipment that he later "traded" me for in time, although he did not provide any accounting of his time. At the end of the day, I spent thousands of dollars on his services and equipment and am in no better a position than I was before he came on board. In fact, because of the need to transfer licensing and access, I am in a worse position. He had me paying for more licenses that we had staff to use them, and did not provide links so I could make the transfer. In addition, he hired some kind of business coach to get pushy and further inflame the situation. He promised to be reliable and trustworthy. My experience was that he made errors, especially on setup and cancellation of accounts, which were needlessly expensive. If I had a larger business, I would definitely go with Radcomp."
