"I've used NPM for several years and have been very pleased in all aspects. The staff worked expediently to handle a water emergency, two appliance breakdowns and other issues. They communicated clearly and quickly with me and all tenants. The staff often advocated for tenants use of yard spaces, extra time moving in or out, use of play structures while getting my approval first. They provided helpful advice to me when needed. Since I did the yardwork, I spoke with many tenants over the years and they expressed their satisfaction with the management and the house. Most importantly, every staff member was very pleasant, easy to work with and helpful often going the extra mile (shout out to Jodi, Sarah and Hannah). I appreciate their many years of service."

"The worst property managers. They will lie to owners. There are countless unhappy tenants. Nothing gets fixed. When tenants bring up why nothing gets replaced/repaired, nunamaker basically threatens not to renew the tenant's lease. So that it keeps the tenant quiet."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!! There are a only a few places in town to rent from unfortunately unless you are able to get in contact with a private home owner and this company has the almost the entire market cornered it feels like. They are crooks who take advantage of the cost of living in the entire area who toss good renters aside who don't meet their almost unrealistic standards. This "family" company has a terrible reputation amongst the locals in town and I had the worst experience in the last decade trying to rent from this property monopoly. Aside from all that, the "new" staff is not very welcoming at their establishment. They make you feel as if your time isn't worth theirs if you aren't seriously interested. Just not a friendly way to go about business in my opinion. If you're looking to see your money go to people that really don't appreciate you every month then these are your people!! Good luck out there everyone!"

"I don't always leave reviews, but when I am this impressed with quality customer service, I can't not! Nunamaker is an amazing company- because of it's amazing team. My wife and I recently worked with Nunamaker PM to find and rent a home. The process to apply for and receive approval was all electronic; very convenient and very fast. They were extremely thorough and contacted all of our references. They have been extremely easy to work with and extremely helpful. Maribeth, Rhiannon, and Amanda have all been very kind and have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything we have ever needed was taken care of, almost immediately.
