"Was at Harborview when they gave referral to rhis company. When I got home found the cammode to be too small. Luckily I realized that they had a store in sequim. Unable to bear weight since hip os held together by rods. I am unable to switch out produxt for a bigger size. At first they offered free delivery and swap out commode. I was willing to pay $15 dollar differece for theymonthly rental and deliver it to Port Angeles. Later... they called back and wanted to charge a delivery fee or wait until they had any other deliveries in Port Angeles. I call this bad communication and bad customer service!! Jay Blevs"
