Burger King 680 West Washington Street, Sequim, WA 98382

"We went here about a month ago and it took them about 15 minutes to punch two items in the cash register. The first girl at the cash register decided it was time for her very long bathroom break and left us standing there while there was no one to take our order. We had to scream several times to get someone to help us. Finally, another gal came to take our order but seemed very confused with our complex order of two Whoppers. Took her some time to get it started, then she wanted to be nice and give us a coupon. That took about 10 minutes of rocket science trying to run the coupon through the cash register. Then she tried to talk us into ordering something different. So another girl came to help and finally got our order through. After the first 10 minutes I wanted to push them out of the way and punch the items in myself. Never imagined that entering two items into a cash register would be a 15 minute three person project. So a month later we decided to give them another chance. Walked in and had one of the same gals as before, I think she was the manager. We ordered a Whopper and medium drink which got her even more confused than the last time. She asked ‘what size was that again?’ ‘medium’, then she replies ‘Here’s all our sizes, small, medium, large’, our response, ‘We’d like a medium’, then she gives us another blank look. At that point we had no choice but to give up. So we just walked out. I’m not sure what else we could have done. Apparently, ordering a medium drink is too complex of an order. I’m not sure what’s going on at this Burger King but it seems like the employees don’t want anyone to be there. I would not recommend coming here, there are plenty of other very good burger places in town."

"Always like Burger King. Whopper Jr. with extra pickles, lol The medium combo is about $11 if you add in that bomb Hershey pie. That is VERY affordable Went last night, and their service was great. They are friendly and fun every time I go there The food got a 4 because my fries were too salty and past when they should've been served. But that's not the norm for this spot, so I'll let it slide this one time. Normally, they're fabulous. Tried the cheesy tot things. Do NOT recommend. Just a weird taste Burger was great. I love the way they pile on the goodness with plenty of sauce They have THE brightest sign I've ever seen!! Mention it because it cracks me up. I only go once a month or so, so I forget and am shocked every time, LMAO!!"

"The young man in the drive thru was very pleasant and friendly and since the food wasn't ready he was able to keep the moods/atmosphere positive and tried to help wherever he could."

"Food and service were great. The restaurant itself however, was freezing. I run hot but found myself chilled even with my coat still on. My nose was icy and beginning to run. My hands were cold and my toddler sat with her winter coat on. I almost wondered if it would be warmer outside in the 47° weather."

"Food is slightly above average. Customer service is not. Maybe have a training lesson about how to speak respectfully to customers. I ordered a large number 4 with no modifications and I was very quick to make your guys’ jobs easier so you had no reason to be rude."
