Quality has gone down and recently I ordered a venti iced drink and they filled it like a grande, but charged me for a venti. They tried to blame the door dash driver, but the drink was inside the sack and completely sealed by starbucks! Lol. If you're going to rip people off, don't try to accuse an innocent third party!"

"Lots of staffing issues, ordered through the app, walked up to the door, saw they were drive through only, called and asked to cancel order or just hand me the order through the door, got told off and hung up. As someone who works next door, and orders here often, I am disappointed. A kind stranger had to offer to pickup my order for me, not really the experience I'm sure they intended"
