"This company is a scam. Only way to talk to someone is a 1-800 number, which is a joke. Customer service is horrible. My POD is now stored at their facility & I don’t even know what I’m paying. Every time I call, someone changes the “price quote”. I wish I never went with this company. Beyond frustrated!"

"My partner and I have been using PODS for a cross country move and have had the worst experience. It took several excruciating phone calls to try to communicate the details of our initial drop off location and in the end we had to drop the POD over 10 miles away due to their inability to understand the our drop off and pick up needs. When we arrived at our new home, the POD had not been dispatched from our city of origin despite another two phone calls to confirm details of the shipment. IF you call PODS, you're going to interact with super friendly and completely ineffectual service representatives who cannot answer questions or solve problems. We've had to lay out hundreds of dollars on top of the cost of the POD to purchase items for our new home while we wait over a week for our belongings to catch up with us. If you value your time and sanity, you won't book with PODS."

"After three days with no one parking near our POD, some jackass decided to park about 3ft from it on the day it was to be picked up. Driver from PODS came by anyway, to see if he could get it out, and sure enough he did! My fiancé and I were super stressed, as we have a lot of balls in the air, so this win made a huge difference to us. Great service. Good communication. Couldn't ask for more on this end of the trip!"

"PODS was perfect for our short move in the Portland area. I called them and chatted online with agents a few times because I was paranoid it wouldn't be able to get delivered in our driveway on-time. Hector delivered our container initially, and he was amazing! So friendly and enthusiastic. It was really comforting to ask him questions. We stored our stuff with PODS for 3 weeks and then had it delivered to our new address, and everything went really smoothly. They delivered the container exactly where I described. I appreciated the no-contact delivery options since we weren't home 3 of the 4 times the POD was delivered/picked-up. I would definitely recommend for the ease of only loading the container once and having it delivered to my new address safely. Nothing broke, but we packed everything very securely. :)"
