"i have had a 1583 form filled out with them since 2021, but they keep losing letters, every single time. most recently they failed to log a debit card replacement. i warned them in advance to look out for it, they told me not to contact them until it hadn't shown up in my mailbox for 2 or 3 days after it was supposed to arrive. as expected, it never showed up in my account, i contacted them, and was told to fill out a 1583. i told them i have had a 1583 on file for years, and they told me they'd check up on it. 11 days have gone by and the letter hasn't shown up and they've stopped responding to me asking about it. i just signed up for a different mail forwarding service, reordered a new debit card and am having it sent to the new place. to give an idea of the time frame: it's two weeks for a debit card to arrive at the mail forwarder. an additional week from the forwarder to me, in asia. add on having to reorder the card and 12 days of incompetence and noncommunication at reship. i won't have access to my bank account for 40+ days. reship, you've put me in literal danger by not competently handling this, i am in a foreign country with no access to money. i will never use your service again. ETA: i just checked the junk email from a *different* bank i have whose debit card stopped working . . . *they* sent a replacement card to this address a month ago! so reship lost 2! 2! card replacements in one month. total, dangerous incompetence."

"Scammers use this company to make easy refund claims, mainly ebay as none items received. Reship most likely keeps items that they can easily resale for high value and claim to the international buyer that their item was never received, prompting the buyer to make a refund claim and you end up without your sold item and money. BEWARE if someone makes a purchase using this address!"

"Ive been using reship for years without issue. This is not a scam company. You get a unique suite number is it is possible that scammers sign up and ship items here, for them to then be reshipped to another address or country. So if you were scammed then ask reship to provide the destination address. Hire lawyers if necessary."
