"Absolutely trash. I have had several packages delayed at this location in the last week. They all end up arriving beat up. I have also had Amazon packages that have routed through here never arrive even weeks past their quoted delivery date. I ordered a box of coffee bags and it arrived open with bags laying on the floor where the driver tossed it."

"Close this location!!!! FedEx, how have you not done something about the delays customers experience when their packages go to this hub? Weeks go by with the package stuck here!!!!!"

"Packages go to die here. Once you check the tracking and see the city of Troutdale. Accept defeat. This is an abysmal facility. Ive had mutiple packages at different times get "stuck" there, likely from incompetence at its finiest. Never using fedex again. Stick with UPS."

"Everyone knows when your package gets routed through Troutdale, add a few days to your estimated delivery date and hope you get Vancouver next time. This site has been a mess for years: before, during, and after the pandemic. They have no accountability and it's infuriating that there's no recourse or consideration in pricing for the poor experience."

"Have a few packages stuck here for a week. Called FedEx talked to customer service which instructed me to come on site and pick up my packages. I drove an hour, get here and the lady tells me the packages are still sitting in a trailer waiting to be unloaded. AVOID using FedEx, utter trash customer service. Do not think you can come here and pick up your package because you’ll waste your time. Its a waiting game at this point. There are hundreds of trucks sitting here unloaded. Never using FedEx again!"
