"What IS this company? Their warehouse in Portland has STORED my delivery for TEN days, no kidding. They seem to refuse to deliver a drapery rod from a company in GA. There is no way to get in touch with them, no way to contact them online except to call and get nowhere. Do not use GLS for anything unless you expect non-delivery and no communication. Someone should investigate GLS business practices."

"I have had two $350 packages “lost” in a two week span by GLS and one of the drivers straight up told me that they only get paid if the packages are marked “delivered” so some of the drivers get rid of the packages or “lose” them to save time and just mark them delivered. This is exactly what happened to us and the seller didn’t refund since it was marked “delivered”. The customer service reps are very rude and altogether unhelpful. There is no supervision of their drivers and after waiting on hold for an HOUR AND A HALF, when I began explaining the problem, I was hung up on. I will never use GLS again."

"This company is a big fraud. Please everyone report it to BBB. One of my items was supposed to be delivered and they kept on rescheduling. They don’t provide any details of tracking just kept rescheduling the date. On asking customer service they kept telling me that they don’t know which warehouse the package is. Today they updated the status to delivered but there was nothing delivered. On contacting customer service again they said package is missing and cannot be delivered. On asking why they have updated the tracking status as delivered with misleading information, they cut me off and dropped the chat. Horrible people and a scam shipping company."

"They drivers steal your packages because they can and have NO supervisors. Do not go with this company.( We paid extra so they can check ID to make sure we were over 21 AND we had to sign to receive it) The driver FAKE SIGNED and said he delivered the package and never did we caught the driver doing so on our home camera. We called and said we couldn’t talk to “management” because they’re basically isn’t any just the “warehouse” where the packages are and they “don’t have a number” Do not trust this company they run a huge scam ring and get away with it because they can."
