"Placed an order for super bowl at 10 AM to be ready at 3 PM. I know it's the busiest day of the year however when I went to the counter to get an update as to why it said my pizza was being made and the time is getting longer the person at the desk automatically got defensive before I could even ask my question to if it was being physically made. Because if they are physically making it it shouldnt be getting longer. She did not want to even hear my question because she assumed I was mad by inquiring. I was angry at the end of it because she kept talking over me and not even letting me ask my question. Better training for people in a customer service roll would be nice as not every customer asking a question is because they are upset. Good way to piss of loyal customers is to not even let them ask a question ."

"My pizza was quoted 45-65 mins but arrived st 95 mins. So not only very late, but also very cold! To even eat it for the first time it had to be heated! I ordered extra cheese but it barely had a regular amount of cheese. The cheese in the stuffed crust tasted like it was watered-down. I don't know if this was a one-off, or if this is how it tastes all the time - I haven't had it in many years. ."

"The King City, OR Pizza Hut is not a good choice, if you want pizza that looks remotely like the ads, or makes your mouth water the moment you open the box. They are super skimpy with toppings and sauce, even when you ask for extra, and especially if redeeming points. (Rewards never felt so cheap and useless.) Pay extra. Pick up your own pizza elsewhere. Don't expect a quality pie from this location. And don't have fries delivered, unless you want to overpay for a tiny, soggy, sad order."

"Worst pizza experience I have had in my entire life. DO NOT BUY!. I asked for contactless delivery, the driver showed up at my door with a receipt.. (I did not have mask as I was not expecting anyone here and this made me extremely uncomfortable) The pizza was not cut and instead had varying cuts that did not make it through. To top it off we bought a large boneless chicken that came RAW you read that right, it was battered RAW CHICKEN DELIVERED TO MY DOOR. I have a video that we sent to both the franchise and to corporate and they never replied back to my Fiance to offer any solution. The following week we ordered from the Domino's on Scholls Ferry and I can not describe how much better the service and food was. I will never order Pizza hut again in my entire life and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy."
