"I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service I received from GLS. My recent delivery experience turned into a nightmare when my package, valued at $260, was callously left unattended on the sidewalk of my apartment building, ultimately resulting in its theft. Despite the presence of a buzzer system to reach the office, the delivery driver made no attempt to contact me or utilize this feature. It's baffling that they failed to consider safer alternatives, such as leaving the package with the landlord or securely storing it in a designated area. The lack of responsibility and disregard for customer security demonstrated by the delivery driver is simply inexcusable. Not only did their negligence result in the loss of valuable merchandise, but it also left me feeling violated and deeply frustrated. In today's digital age, there is no excuse for such incompetence in the delivery industry. Customers deserve better—prompt communication, secure handling of packages, and proactive problem-solving when issues arise. In conclusion, I implore GLS to take immediate action to rectify this unacceptable behavior and implement stricter protocols to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone."

"One of your drivers came through our neighborhood driving incredibly unsafe and fast. If GLS does not take action I will contact the Sheriffs Dept. I confronted the driver and he just shrugged his shoulders. I have attached a picture of the van and driver.. complete with license number."

"The courier left the parcel under the door, and in a couple of minutes it was gone. I have very good neighbors and none of the neighbors could have stolen it. After calling the customer support, they advised me to contact the police, I told them that your courier stole my parcel, but no one responded. Never contact this company, because you will be left without money and without a parcel."

"I cannot even say enough negative things about this delivery / shipping service. They refused to literally press the call button to be buzzed into the office (during business hours) to deliver to our apartment. Then they haven’t answered the 1-800 number, email, or the chat option on their website for 3 days to answer any questions about where our shipment is at. We literally are willing to pick the items up ourselves but they won’t even contact us back to tell us where they are……… thee worst customer service (non existent). I wish there was a zero stars option."
