"This post office has to be the worst I have ever been to in terms of customer service. I have personally witnessed both the older white man, and especially the older asian man be absolutely disrespectful to the customers. There is no reason to talk to people in such a condescending manner. Management needs to address this issue promptly. Recommend take your business elsewhere to the max extent possible."

"We have a camera doorbell and numerous times have seen the mailman just stick a missed delivery notice on the door and leave, doesn't wait or knock. I've reported it and they don't care. I have to take time out of my day to wait in line and get treated rudely to get my package. I've also scheduled a redelivery for the next day and it never came, sat there for 2 more days till they decided to deliver again, to leave a notice on my door and run back to the truck. You seriously drive to my house but can't ring the doorbell or knock, or wait a few moments to answer. No, they want to waste your time more and make you go there just to to stand in line and be treated horribly. No repercussions for their actions so they just keep doing it. Worst experience with my mail ever."

"This post office absolutely cannot handle the size of city it is in. They are so stacked with mail they can't even find presents I'd ordered for delivery on the 4th of December and it's currently the 16th. All we get is "there's not enough space or employees, we're working on getting through our backlog." On top of that, they're not open at all on Saturdays unlike any city I've ever lived in. We either need a second post office or they need a complete overhaul."

"I’m applying for a passport for my newborn, and just had my second appointment in a row cancelled. Friday 8th and Monday 11th Dec. Got a phone call Friday but none today. The post office is severely understaffed so they don’t currently have staff to cover passport appointments, even though you can book them online. Instead of here I recommend booking your passport appointment at the The Senior Center in Oak Harbor or the public library in Anacortes. 4 stars because I like all the staff here!"

"I am highly certain one of the USPS delivery drivers stole my package(s). I was using tracked mail at the time and both were delivered on time and with the correct address, i go to get my mail as soon as i got the notification and boom both just vanished, ive made claims and reports for both and have gotten little to no help. -_- these packages were my grandfathers old war medals from WW1."
