"Atrocious. We scheduled a pickup 2 months in advance. The day before pickup my husband received a text stating there was an issue with the driver. He called and was told there was no issue and that everything was on schedule. Day of pickup there was a no show. We tried calling for HOURS to get an update. We were told by customer service that our representative had gone home for the day and to expect pickup the NEXT day. Which also didn't happen. So again, we called for hours trying to get an answer. It is now 4 days past the originally scheduled pickup day and have essentially been blown off. Wouldn't be such an ordeal if this wasn't scheduled around our move across country. The best Sonic offered was asking us to pass our keys off to a neighbor. Which we had done for the second day but they were also stood up. Highly recommend seeking an alternative if you value reliability."

"Bait and switch!! DO NOT go with this company. They sound very professional over the phone and via text (Tyler) despite a low quote, confirming the appointment and keeping you updated. It wasn't until two days before my scheduled pick up date, suddenly the original driver had to undergo "DOT inspection" and they were not able to locate any drivers after "making 200 calls", claiming all drivers were booked out for 2 weeks. They quoted me a fee that was hundreds of dollars more and AFTER the scheduled pick up date! Thankfully, I was able to locate a more affordable company that arrived on time. Don't waste your time with this scam."

"Avoid this company. I was provided a firm quote and pickup date after clearly expressing the importance of the pickup date. One day prior to pickup, the quote suddenly increased by 50%. On the pickup date, there was no driver. We had to scramble to find another company before getting on a plane. Very shady and unethical."

"I was given a quote from the company and a driver was assigned. The day of pickup the driver’s truck broke down. They said they can’t give me the quote and it was gonna cost 2x-3x more than what was quoted. I asked for a pick up on another day or said I’ll wait. Annabelle kept mentioning the price won’t go down and that these are the only drivers etc. I mentioned I won’t be paying the price but she continues to push. She has terrible customer service and mentioned that her commission was fixed either way at whatever quote I was given… this is how I knew she was for her commission and not the customer. She came off very scammy."

"Once they have your number, it's gonna take you days trying to re-contact to them again (if you ever need to change the infomation about the tranportation). And they would also likely to change the price at the end if you're in the nick of time this will be a hassle. For me, at my very last day,as their driver can't make it in time so they changed and wishes not to covered up the extra fee (one that we all agreed to go with) and this end up $200 extra."
