"If ever you though the post office was slow and incompetent wait until you visit here. The workers are retired and move like turtles basking in the sun. The man here was incredibly rude and the prices here are way higher than any other shipping place. Not to mention I’ve never been anywhere where customers packages are just left out and can be easily stolen. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, go anywhere else!"

"Been a customer the past 2 years. Excellent service as a mailbox holder and also mailing out. Now that our West Seattle full-service UPS shop has closed, I wish this business would assume that role, but so far it’s a drop-off for UPS outgoing only if you have a fully prepared label you’ve done online. The staff are sooooo warm and courteous. This is a small local business trying really hard to provide great service! The negative notary reviews should be taken with a grain of salt because that is a technical process with complex rules subject to the notary’s interpretation, so they don’t lose their license. Also, it’s a lengthier service compared to shipping & receiving, so you might be asked to wait while the line of other customers is cleared. Lastly, I believe there’s only one notary in this shop, vs 2-3 others who don’t have that authority. And he might be on a break."

"What a strange experience. I went in to have a simple, single page document notarized and after being very rudely received by the person at the counter, I was told to take a seat and wait. Mind you, the business was completely empty. After waiting about 5-10 minutes, another customer had arrived who also needed a notary. By this time, and after patiently waiting, I was told by the person at the counter (who was doing nothing) that it would be at least 20 to 30 minutes before they could get to me. The other customer was then told it would be an hour wait! Again, besides us the business was empty. Why this ridiculous wait for a simple routine service? It felt extremely rude, unnecessary, and very of putting. All around extremely poor customer service from a small business that I was excited to support. I was very happy to take my continued business elsewhere."

"This is the best place I’ve ever been for shipping and mailing. The guy working there (maybe the owner?) is cordial and no nonsense. Helps you send your stuff where it needs to go and after going to this store one time they have your info in the system and just pull it up the next time you go. So easy every time."
