"I ordered a washer and dryer from Whirlpool which, unfortunately, uses JB Hunt as their delivery service. I have, so far, taken 3 days off work to wait for this delivery, only to have it be cancelled within the delivery window. The first time it was because a 'truck had broken down.' The second was because 'a couple of drivers didn't come to work.' The third time, they didn't call within the delivery window, but 2 hours later, to tell me that the delivery team had 'timed out.' Every time, I have to go back through Whirlpool delivery to get a new window, another 2 weeks out. Yes, it's been more than 6 weeks since our original delivery date. Whirlpool has confirmed that the washer and dryer are sitting in the JB Hunt warehouse, ready to be delivered, and have been for many weeks. Today I will speak to Whirlpool again. This time I will ask that I be allowed to immediately pick up the appliances myself at the JB Hunt warehouse. EDIT: After posting this, someone from the local JB Hunt office called and was able to arrange delivery for the next day. The delivery was made and the appliances are working properly, so I am raising my review to 3 stars. They still lost lots of points for taking 4 tries to get my delivery made."

"If I could I would give them a negative star. The JB Hunt Truck driver delivered a package to my neighbor on June 20th 2023 and without asking me they used my private property to turn around there big long truck and damaged my property, also JB Hunt is self insured, and they will do everything to not pay for the damage. I have provided everything they have requested , two estimates and other cost (totaling $4800.00) for the repair and at least 30 photos of the damage and a layout of the area showing that there is no way that the truck could have turned around without damaging my property, its been over 50 days and they are only offering $500.00, which doesn't even pay for the material cost of the damage items. This company is nothing short of criminals and rip off's. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"Delivery scheduled for Tuesday, apparently dispatch doesn’t check tide charts/didn’t want to wait an hour to get on a ferry. Mistakes happen, no big deal. They rescheduled for two days later, I checked the tide charts Fort them this time and they told me the delivery window was 2-6, but they’d come after 4pm. I ran an errand only to find they’d called, I tried to call the driver back multiple times and they didn’t answer. Long story short they “waited for 15 minutes” without answering my call and then left. Someone across the country answered customer service and now they can’t come out for another week. Extremely disappointed."

"Incredibly frustrating experience. Driver called to say they were ten minutes out. Got the room prepped and waited... for two hours. Called to see what had happened, driver said he had come by and waited for 15 minutes than left. He definitely did not. Forced to reschedule and couldn’t even do that because their system was down. Really surprised and disappointed by the dishonesty and the lack of accountability. Would never choose to use this company again. Update: customer service has resolved this issue in a timely and sensitive manner. Appreciate their follow through. I’ve updated my review."

"There should be the option to give no stars at all. I ordered a Peloton bike a month ago. Unfortunately, Peloton uses JB Hunt to deliver in WA. JB Hunt has scheduled my delivery twice now and canceled my delivery within the delivery window both times. I live on an island, which they cannot deliver to, so I drive 7hrs round trip and pay for a ferry to go pick up my bike from the scheduled delivery location. I contacted Peloton again regarding the ongoing issue of canceled deliveries. The Peloton rep reached out to JB Hunt who told her that the reason that my orders keep getting canceled is because my delivery is considered a distance delivery and they deliver to the nearest locations to their warehouse first, even if the orders come in after mine. JB Hunt also confirmed that they have had inventory at the time of scheduling but they have delivered my bikes to customers that live closer. Will I ever receive my bike? I am so disappointed and frustrated."
