"Just like previous comments they only help you if you go in person to the office. If you PCS, ETS or retire out of the area you are not getting any help because they will not answer the phones or respond to the emails when you submit your forms."

"There is usually an employee at the front of the line to answer questions so you don't have to take a ticket and wait for a long time for a simple question. I've had great experiences here. The wait time isn't any different than any other office you have to visit on post. The earlier you can arrive the better. The electronic sign in experience at the front makes it easier than taking a ticket number."
