"The Airmen here do a great job in facilitating every part of your space a travel experience. They also have a long term parking lot for you to utilize during your travel. Sadly the shuttle from Sea-Tac airport no longer runs back to the passenger terminal, so you will have to find transportation via the bus or private taxi if you have to fly commercial back from wherever your adventures lead you. All in all a great place to begin our end your journey!"

"Good PAX terminal, very clean. Have used the long term parking for a trip before as well, car was safe."
"Standard AMC terminal. The personnel we're very helpful and the food for a hop was really decent."
"The JBLM PAX terminal is by far the best we have encountered. The decor, cleanliness, and accomodating staff made our 3-day intermittent wait very bearable while our aircraft was being repaired. When it was determined that our flight to Travis AFB would be delayed to the following morning, most of us decided to spend the night in the terminal. No problem. We've all done this. Then lo and behold, the staff offered us the family lounge! There were 8 of us and we all had a lot of room to spread out in, in the living room, nursery and game room. There was a full kitchen, dining room and restrooms (no showers). Talk about accomodating? The staff even offered to drive us to the shoppette to buy food and neccessities. We finally boarded the aircraft, Saturday (12JAN19). The flight was smooth, comfortable and delightful, especially when the crew chief offered us WARM chocolate chip cookies! Thank you JBLM ground and flight crew. We appreciate each and every one of you!"
