"If the owner would like details I would be happy to provide them."
"Worst front office service ever experienced! I called into the office to schedule an appointment and had the displeasure of speaking with Crystal. Apparently my referral had not been sent over as of yet, so that gave her the authority to no provide any service. She cut me off multiple times and pushed to make it know she had no intention to assist with the matter. I would have loved the opportunity to meet with the doctors on staff, but with such horrific font end service; not worth it!"
"Came to Dr Ha to talk about Varicose Vein surgery. I told this to the scheduler ahead of time. She walks in and says their facility only does in-patient, anesthetized surgeries that are much more expensive than outpatient facilities. She recommends I go elsewhere. Despite that, I got them to submit a claim to insurance to see what it would cost to have it done with Dr Ha. Don't hear from them for a month. Call in to check, get a run-around. Charged $250 for the privilege to go down there in person (during a pandemic) and be told to go somewhere else."
"I had an appointment with Dr. Ratcliff to discuss my varicose veins. The nurse even told me that I would be seeing Dr. Ratcliff. Instead, I saw his ARNP, and I really don’t think he had a clue as to what he was doing. He said that no, my varicose veins aren’t causing me pain, instead it’s my back that’s causing me aching where my varicose veins are. I know what sciatica feels like (had surgery 3 years ago for a herniated disc), and the pain I’m having is not sciatica. He also dismissed my concerns of blood clots and ordered an ultrasound for 3 MONTHS out. The first time I was here, they did the ultrasound the same day. I also have a feeling that the ARNP didn’t really care about my concerns and didn’t really listen to me. When I told him that I already wear compression wear daily, he brushed me off and said that I need to wear stockings. Well I told him that I wear compression leggings because I have really bad heat intolerance, which is made worse by covering my feet. He said he understood, but then proceeded to give me a prescription for yes, compression stockings that cover the feet. I really don’t want to go back here, I don’t want to be told that I’m going to see an actual doctor and end up seeing his ARNP instead."
"My husband had open heart surgery with Dr. Mummy the beginning of February 2019. After his surgery we went to his Clinic on 419 South L Street in Tacoma and we were completely disappointed by the standard of care that Dr Mummy's staff presented us with. His nurse is incompetence and doesn't follow through with anything that she says she's going to do. There was a confusion with my husband's medications and she had me calling back and forth between the cardiologist office and the pharmacy to try and figure it out when that is her job. She informed me that because we were transferring his care because his surgery was done that they weren't responsible period. I informed her while my husband was still under his care that they were responsible. When I spoke with her in person she said that I was right and that she apologized and she would take care of that. I guess doing the basics of your job is too much to ask. His physician assistant is rude and he does not listen to what you have to say... He talks over you when you're trying to talk to him. We have had to have them fill out numerous forms because they can't do them correctly in the first place. Crossing things out putting white out over them which makes them not a legal document. Before my husband surgery dr. Mummy and dr. Pugeda all got together and talked about what they thought would be best for my husband's prognosis. But after they've received their $350,000 apparently our level of care has changed. When I tried to voice my concerns I was interrupted and talked over. I have never felt so unsupported in my entire life. While Dr mummy is an outstanding physician.. you would think that he would hire people who would have the same standard of care.. we will never go back!!!"
