"Just visited the clinic. Front desk was very helpful. Waiting time was 2 mins. Dr.Daniel Low was thorough, attentive and helpful. Phone sessions to get the appointments questions as well as reminders for the appointments or reminders were on spot."

"I think two stars are more than fare for them that’s because the doctors are nice. What happened with me that more than two times they make the appointment on the phone and they say that the doctor will work from home I don’t know how because he is a doctor not a customer service or programmer . And when I came lake for 5 minutes the doctors refused to check my baby."

"So I went for a physical examination with my dad in February because my school required it for physical education. We were low income family, the school said we should go HealthPoint. When we visited there, nobody explained it to us what the charge would be, they basically just asked me in, took the exam, and told us we could leave. So we assumed that this would be a free service provided to all students. Earlier today my dad got a call from a collector saying that we owed HealthPoint $316 for the physical exam. We called HealthPoint asking how this could be, but all they were saying was front desk people not doing the job properly…blah blah, we still got to pay. We told them that this was totally unethical business practice because, 1. you had not explained to client what the charge was going to be BEFORE the service. 2. you did not sent the client any bills afterwards and pretended that you did, and 3. Three hundred some dollars for a simple physical exam for PE class was way above the national average; it's not for low income people as they claimed they are serving. It’s like bumping into a gangster inn when they welcome you at first, and then extort you for money. National Health Care standard has to be higher, and when you got scammed like this by a provider like HealthPoint, this is most unfortunate. Please, if you have a choice, don't ever visit them or use any of their services."

"Was somewhat disappointed with this place. Had a long wait to see a provider, too much paperwork to fill out, busy waiting room full of out of control children. Was basically a waste of time and billing of my insurance company for services that were not addressed. The provider I saw didn't seem very interested in my medical issues and wanted to change a couple of my prescriptions over to another type that I had never heard of before. I've been on the scripts for 25 years and they have always worked with my Crohn's Disease but she felt the need to go to something different and didn't believe in medicinal treatments. Had I known she was a natural path provider I would of gone to someone else. No one informed me of her beliefs or ways to treat those with real life medical conditions prior to scheduling an appointment. I don't think she's very knowledgeable in advanced medicines. Will not go back to her in the future. It also took the person taking my blood work over 15 minutes to show up and draw my blood and I was the only one waiting for labs to be done. Unreal! I don't recommend this place to anyone seeking quality medical care."
