"BE AWARE OF WHO CARE FOR YOUR OVERALL HEALTH & WHERE YOU MONEY GOES TO! They are great with patient ONLY on the first or second visits. After that, they will treat you like you come and beg for their help. That is not how it works! We HIRED you to be our care provider. We deserve TRANSPARENT healthcare information and PROPER care. Instead, they will find a way to cut your medicine refillable times shorter than other clinics/hospitals, to rush you back for what they call “doctor visit and re-check up to make sure the medication is working well”, but you won’t get a chance to see the doctor on that visit at all. You’re seen by front desk staffs, and guess what, one of them do your vital, ask you to pay for clinic visit co-pay, and later send a bill of almost $100 for their “doctor visit and re-check up to make sure the medication is working well” service. Then, they continue to prescribe a shorten medicine refillable timelines to lure you back for your HARD EARNED MONEY!!! The worse came to another, Mrs. Hong is not at all liable to work with, and this statement comes from multiple times dealing with her under different situations."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! My visit to the physician-owned clinic was an absolute disaster. I had the worst experience imaginable. The help desk was completely useless, wasting time with meaningless chatter and providing no assistance whatsoever. They talked a big game but did absolutely nothing to help. On top of that, I made several attempts to contact the clinic over the phone, but it was a futile effort. No one bothered to pick up the phone, leaving me stranded and frustrated. It's outrageous that a healthcare facility cannot even manage their basic communication channels. To make matters worse, instead of providing any kind of solution, the clinic simply referred us to other hospitals. But guess what? These hospitals they recommended didn't even accept our insurance. It was a complete waste of time and only added to the frustration and inconvenience we experienced. I strongly advise against anyone visiting this physician-owned clinic. The help desk is unhelpful, the phone lines are perpetually ignored, and they don't even have the decency to recommend hospitals that accept your insurance. Save yourself the hassle and find a clinic that actually values their patients and provides competent care."
