"The drivers here are great. The schedulers / dispatchers have no clue what is going on. Took 5 delivery attempts to get us our pallets. We scheduled appointments each time, never happened. Thankfully the drivers got it sorted for us."

"I recently had the misfortune of experiencing the most abysmal customer service from this company. To put it bluntly, they are an absolute disgrace. It is clear that they have absolutely no regard for their customers or providing even the most basic level of service. This is not the first time they have displayed such incompetence, as they have now flaked out on delivering my order for the second time without any warning or courtesy call. They expect their customers to waste their valuable time and energy by calling them, only to find out that their order was never even on a truck to begin with. It is truly mind-boggling. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they seem to revel in the power they hold over their customers. It is a despicable display of arrogance and it is high time that they face the consequences for their actions. They should be compensating their customers for the time and money wasted due to their complete lack of professionalism. These individuals at the helm of this company are nothing short of useless. Perhaps a hefty fine would be a fitting punishment. Or how about change it so that they don’t get paid until the delivery actually happens. That will change things for sure. Rest assured, karma will catch up to the so-called "T-force". And as for Rodney, the epitome of incompetence at customer service, it's clear that he needs to seek employment elsewhere, as he is clearly unfit for his current role. I guess that means I won’t be getting call on Monday for my delivery. I suppose I will just have to call the vendor I purchased the item from who hired T-force and have them deal with their incompetence."

"This freight business has been holding our shipment for over a week. They take no responsibility for their failures. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone because everything is handled with a call center. This is a warning, avoid at all costs. Edit: this cut and paste apology response does not even begin to make up for the lack of professionalism displayed by this company and it’s employees/owner. 2nd Edit: They also damaged the product they were supposed to be delivering. Businesses and Consumers beware this company does not care about your satisfaction. I waited 30 minutes at will-call and watched their operation while I waited. Their practices are sketchy at best. To consumers, your products are in danger of mishandling at all times. To businesses, using this company puts you at risk financial risk of your products being damaged and your customers being dissatisfied."

"This is a trash company. They don’t take your business seriously and flat lie. I had 1000+ pound order of doors that were to arrive and they couldnt locate it. Then they lied to me that they found it and then lied to me again that they were going to deliver. Unbelievable. Pick a different business partner. This one will leave both you the supplier and the customer lied to and multiple levels"
