"If I could give zero stars, I would. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau. My package was rescheduled multiple times with no call or email to confirm the delivery. This last time I had it scheduled to be delivered today between 3-7 and yet again no delivery. I called customer service to be told that it was confirmed to be out for delivery today but was still sitting in the dock. I asked for any confirmation on whether or not it was Actually going to be delivered and the representative told me she could not guarantee it. I had no email and no call to let me know that today’s SCHEDULED DELIVERY, was not going to happen. Very disappointed in the lack of communication this business has."

"Absolutely would not recommend this company for any freight needs. My wife and I ordered our kids a go Kart from Walmart. We got a delivery for 1-5-21 3-7 pm never shows up, no call, no email. We call customer service and get the response of "oh the product just got to the dock ,we will reschedule within 24 to 48 hrs". Get notified that the shipment will be delivered on 1-7-21 3 to 7 pm. My wife Takes the time off to receive the order never gets deliver no call or email again. Call the local hub in portland get no answers for days. Finally we get a delivery date of 1-22-21 for again 3 to 7 pm. Delivery never shows up. We called the national number talked to a nice lady but she has no clue whats going on and says "well let me send a email to figure this out. Someone will be in contact with you soon." I have worked in logistics and truly believe my kids ( who are under 10) can run this place better then the goofballs there now."
