"They never answer their phone, , it pass 6 day after the delivery date and we still didn’t receive it, and on top of it they lie to saying one thing , and next day they will tell you in your face that they never said it, don’t work with them,"

"It's been weeks past our expected delivery date and there's still no updates. These people received my package on the 8th of September and then straight up lost it somewhere within their facility. Went in to check and they finally admitted to me they couldn't find it, but they are "checking their crates." What a scam of a place."

"DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. Unless you like your freight lost, damaged or just to sit in their warehouse with zero desire to service their customers. I’ve had product sitting in their warehouse for over a week with no one in the terminal to answer the phone or give a delivery date. If this is customer service, then they may need to take some new classes. T-Force is garbage! If there was a way to give them zero stars, I would. 5 shipments in the last 30 days, they’ve damaged 3, lost 1 and now this one just sitting there."

"Just a trash service. Drivers do not pick up when they say. We have tried for over a week to get a pickup. We have called over 6 times. The good news is that the customer service was quick and responsive. Although, all the kind words and promises don't get the job done. I can't be mad at the agents, they must really take a beating. But the company in general and the drivers clearly don't get paid enough to call customers, deliver on time or even communicate. Just a bad company, still waiting for my truck for 7 days. I cant stand another call with their kind customer service. I will cancel and get with Echo."

"I was run down by the yard worker here at this ups location. He wanted me to leave the yard and park out on the road, when i obviously had a load to pick up. I was parked in the bobtail section. I was out of the way and went inside to pick up my paperwork. He took advantage of this time to deliberately block my loaded trailer in with a ups pup. It wasn't until i filed a formal complaint; that he decided to come and fix his little prank. After circling around us several times obviously watching us suffer for his little prank, it took him 2 whole hours to come and move it. Watch out for this guy here."
