"If you get a chance to work here, Go ahead and pass on that. The money is nice, and the hours are consistent. The likelihood of getting moved, promoted or even maintaining employment is slim to none, Unless you are Japanese. The Branch manager is easier to get along with, but is easily swayed by the Export manager, who runs the company. The Export Manager is very particular in his employees, and delights in firing people on a whim. I worked there for 16 months through opti-staffing, and never got hired on, though my work certainly exceeded expectation. Unless you get offered a spot in Import Department, Go ahead and keep looking."
