"Like other reviews, my delivery hasn’t come as scheduled and Ceva does not answer their phone. I ordered a chair from Amazon, with a delivery for Oct 27. On Oct 19 a Ceva rep called me to schedule delivery for Oct 21 between 12:00-4:00. So, like others, I made arrangements to be home for delivery. When 4:00 came and they hadn’t come, I sat on their “one moment please” recording for 45 minutes and then hung up. It’s now the next day and I’m sitting on hold again while I write this, hoping to figure out where my chair is. Amazon states it arrived in my town yesterday morning, but Ceva website is “updated” only to last week. Who knows when or if I’ll get my order."

"We had a delivery scheduled this afternoon and had arranged for 4 people to be at our house to help carry the heavy box up our stairs. Ceva never showed up and didn't answer their customer service phone. It was a wasted afternoon for 5 people who spent all afternoon waiting and I have yet to reach anyone at Ceva for an explanation or to reschedule."
