"I’m not really one to leave a review, because I think it’s just a Karen thing to do. But after my experiences with this company I felt it was needed. My interactions with them started about a month ago, I received a phone call at 5:15am from a man and when I answered he began screaming at me asking who I was, why I was answering this phone, and demanding to speak to “Vlad”. I apologized and told him that he had the wrong number and that there was nobody by the name Vlad here. From then on till about 9:45am I received back to back phone calls from this company calling me a thief, saying they KNOW this is Vlad’s phone because it is connected to his truck and said truck was supposed to be in Florida (I live in Washington). I once again told them I’m not sure how they got this phone number but that it was wrong and I don’t know anyone by that name. They continued to call my phone back to back, leaving me threatening voicemails and text messages, calling me derogatory names. Part of me honestly thought it was some sort of sick prank, so I called the office directly and once again was called a liar and a thief and told they were already in contact with police to have me arrested for stealing “Vlads phone and truck”. Fast forward to today, I got 7 more calls back to back from this company. It was basically just a repeat of the first call last month when I told them this was the wrong phone number. Long story short, the way this company spoke to an innocent and completely clueless person, that has nothing to do with them, their company or “Vlad” was disgusting. At this point I told them if they continued to contact me I was going to file harassment charges. I don’t know why or how my phone number got into the mix, but from their own mistake, showed clearly the kind of people working for this company."

"Worst company, smile in your face, but doing double brokerage. Brockers don't know, they are booking loads for Jacob Transport, but others Owner Operators delivering there loads. Jacob Transport don't have brockers license. I worked with this company as owner operator, they do elegal actions. I hope some day they pay for this. Not recommend this company."
