"One of their vans number 205 was in a right turn lane. I was in the line to go straight through the light. As soon as the light turned green the driver cut me off and then continued to go under the speed limit for miles. I called the number listed and it is not a company. They are also not BBB accredited. I have the vehicle information and license plate and all of this was captured on my dash cam. I will be reporting this to Tacoma police. Running a fake company trying to get people to hit them."

"I was asked by driver Mike if I was vaccinated against Covid in which I replied that I was not. He replied with, didn't I care that I was killing people? He should not be asking riders these questions. I contracted Horizon and a man gave me the wrong email to make a complaint. I had to go through Para Transit and neither the company nor a rep contacted me back. I had to call, Dianne to let her know about the incident. Still the director has not contacted me back. This should be a violation!! This company needs to check their drivers out! He needs sensitivity training."
