"Rafael C delivered great guest service! He was ready to take my order while being fast and efficient and delivering great costumer service. I heard and saw the rest of the crew demonstrating those same qualities. The restaurant was clean. Drink station was clean and well stocked. I ordered 2 breakfast combos. The food tasted great and was hot and fresh. I haven’t been to this location in quite awhile because the service and quality of food seemed to be mediocre most of the time. I worked in fast food for 17 years starting on fryers and eventually restaurant manager. Great job everyone! I’ll definitely be coming back again!"

"I usually have great food here but today I don't know what happened. I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich just to give it a try and when I say it was underwhelming I mean it. I have tried many spicy chicken sandwiches from fast food restaurants and this one is by far the worst. From the first bite I expected to be taken back by the kick in the spicy chicken sandwich but this thing didn't even give me a tickle in my taste buds. To call this a spicy chicken sandwich is a joke their other chicken sandwiches have more flavor than this thing. I hope they just take this item and throw it in the trash so nobody has to get the same disappointment I did."

"Rafael was super nice, got through a long line really fast. Only giving 4 stars overall and 3 stars on food because I paid for a burger with cheese and it did not come with any cheese. Other than that, the service and food were great! We have been there several times and this is the only time I've gotten an order that isn't accurate."

"Order - Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Two charbroiled all-beef patties, two strips of bacon, two slices of melted American cheese, crispy onion rings and tangy BBQ Sauce on a seeded bun. Remember burger king did a rodeo burger? Well this is the same thing and it was tasty. Time - within 10 mins Presentation - see pics, looks amazing. They also wrap the burger so it doesn't fall apart when you eat it. Quality - 4/5 - it was Good and the BBQ sauce was delicious. The fries still had the skin on them. Covered with salt n pepper and dipped in sauce they taste like regular fries from a fast food place. Quantity - 4/5 - Above Average. I didn't get hungry for a couple of hours after eating it like some places. Value for money - This meal was on the cheaper end of the spectrum compared to similar restaurants so it's very good value for money. Additional - All in all, you get what you pay for and it was definitely fast food."
