"Been waiting on Reynolds since 9:15 p.m. It is now 9:50 p.m. I am faiy certain that it was holding up traffic at least 15 minutes before I got here. This is not acceptable. It just keeps going back and forth. They should send out notices to warn people. We do have homes we need to get to It is still blocking."
