"Went and saw this MD then asked for a referral. The referral info given was incomplete and given back to MD for correction but this MD, or office, cancelled my procedure. When I asked about this four months later it took two weeks for Heckler's office to get back to me. Because of urgency I stayed with Heckler for procedure. and had procedure done at her clinic. I found their ball dropping style of work off putting, so when their nurse couldn't call back when she said she would I made a bad review. The MD was Jonny on the spot with a reply. This office seems quick when it come to appearance and not so much when it comes to proformance. Frustrating more than effective. I will get a different doctor."

"Vasectomy. Heckler was upfront, honest and friendly. If Heckler was a general doctor, I would use her for everything. I will use Heckler for all urology needs. The consultation: Heckler was on time and quick. The procedure was gone over and all of my questions were answered. The vasectomy: I was prepped by the assistant, we talked about kids… it was not as weird as I thought it would be. The assistant left and Heckler came in within a minute. Heckler asked about pain or any feeling during the procedure. Heckler added more local when I felt the slightest pull on the right side. Heckler let me know what was going on throughout the procedure. When done, I was given instructions, a bag if aftercare and left to dress and exit."
